Jessica Walsh

Jessica Walsh is a career prosecutor with more than 17 years of experience handling complex felony cases in the Office of the Clark County District Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. She currently serves as Chief Deputy District Attorney and leads the Case Assessment Unit, where felony submissions from more than 25 local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies are reviewed for charging decisions. Her daily work places her at the critical intersection of investigations and prosecution, giving her a clear and practical perspective on how police work is evaluated once cases reach the courtroom.

Jessica has extensive experience litigating serious felony cases and has been directly involved in thousands of prosecutions, including violent crime, organized crime, firearms offenses, domestic violence, sexual assault, and terrorism related investigations. She is one of the specialized prosecutors assigned to counterterrorism matters and has worked closely with local and federal task forces, including joint operations with the FBI. In addition to her courtroom responsibilities, she has personally trained more than 4,000 officers and law enforcement professionals on topics such as search and seizure, constitutional law, report writing, courtroom testimony, and post arrest case preparation.
